This model includes what is called a "funded proposal". This is possible because of a unique program offered by a Debitcard company called NetSpend. They give you a $20 referral fee for every person who signs up from your coded affiliate link. How cool is that? You get paid to start! This is a FREE twenty dollars on the table, when you signup, and load your Netspend card with $40. The new balance will be $60. The extra $20 is your "commission". The $40 is yours as well. You loaded that in order to release the commission. You will receive that same amount every time someone joins your team, and loads their Netspend card with $40. They get $20, and so do you.  This is NOT the $40 that they loaded on the card, that's their money, to spend as they see fit. The company does not touch that money. The company is basically paying you for finding them a new customer. If you have a Netspend card already, they will not give you the $20 for loading your card, you're an existing customer, but they will reward you for all new customers that you help them acquire. Twenty dollar bills add up quickly if you can duplicate what you see here. That's essentially what you will be doing, finding customers for companies, and they pay you for it.
